2. Booking & Payment Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after full or partial payment, as specified.
Prices mentioned are subject to change due to unforeseen factors such as changes in airfare, hotel rates, or exchange rates.
Final payment must be made before the commencement of the tour as per the deadline communicated at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, UPI, cards, or any other mode as provided by our team.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the proximity to the departure date and the nature of the booking (flights, hotels, etc.).
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after deduction of applicable fees and charges.
No refund will be provided for partially used services or last-minute cancellations.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to carry valid ID proof, visas, passports, or any other required travel documentation.
We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or missing documents, denied boarding, or entry refusals by authorities.
Travel insurance is highly recommended and may be mandatory for international travel.

5. Service Modifications

Pro Besten Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries, hotel arrangements, transportation, or services if required due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, weather conditions).
Any such change will be communicated at the earliest, and alternative arrangements of similar value will be provided.

6. Liability Disclaimer

While we aim to ensure a seamless travel experience, Pro Besten Tours shall not be held liable for delays, losses, injuries, accidents, or damages caused by third-party vendors or unforeseeable circumstances.
All services are availed at the traveler’s own risk. Travelers are responsible for adhering to local laws and customs.

8. User Conduct
