2. Booking & Payment Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after full or partial payment, as specified.
Prices mentioned are subject to change due to unforeseen factors such as changes in airfare, hotel rates, or exchange rates.
Final payment must be made before the commencement of the tour as per the deadline communicated at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, UPI, cards, or any other mode as provided by our team.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the proximity to the departure date and the nature of the booking (flights, hotels, etc.).
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after deduction of applicable fees and charges.
No refund will be provided for partially used services or last-minute cancellations.
