2. Booking & Payment Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after full or partial payment, as specified.
  • Prices mentioned are subject to change due to unforeseen factors such as changes in airfare, hotel rates, or exchange rates.
  • Final payment must be made before the commencement of the tour as per the deadline communicated at the time of booking.
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, UPI, cards, or any other mode as provided by our team.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the proximity to the departure date and the nature of the booking (flights, hotels, etc.).
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after deduction of applicable fees and charges.
  • No refund will be provided for partially used services or last-minute cancellations.
